Job summary

Platform Engineering is seeking an Events Growth Marketing Manager to drive registration and attendance growth across our global events portfolio, from PlatformCon to satellite events in major cities. You will own end-to-end campaigns, grow the audience, and build repeatable playbooks for sustainable success.

You will report to the Head of Growth and collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure high-converting event pages and strong copy. Some travel to cities may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth marketing for B2B SaaS or events.
• Track record of building and growing audiences and driving attendance at live events.
• Strong CRM experience, especially with HubSpot for segmentation and targeting.
• Able to create repeatable growth loops and playbooks for multiple events.
• Comfortable collaborating with design and marketing teams to optimize event pages.

Responsibilities

• Own registration and attendance growth for PlatformCon, AgenticCon, and other events.
• Build long-term relationships with the platform engineering community to sustain audiences.
• Own event pages on Luma and the end-to-end campaigns that fill them.
• Plan campaigns to maximize attendance, not just registrations.
• Collaborate with design, content, and paid channels for strong assets and copy.
• Work with performance marketing and lifecycle teams to support events with paid and email.
