Job summary

Abnormal Security Corp. is seeking a Strategic Events Specialist, EMEA, to own large flagship events across the region. You will manage end‑to‑end logistics, coordinate invitations and on‑site execution, and drive ROI through cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Partners.

You will lead multi‑market event plans, source venues and vendors, and contribute to post‑event analysis. Travel roughly 40–50% across EMEA, with occasional APAC/AMER opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in B2B events or experiential marketing.
• Experience running executive-level programmes (dinners, roundtables, advisory boards).
• Strong program management habits; deadline-driven and independently capable.
• Commercial judgement with ability to translate activity into ROI.
• Familiarity with ABM principles and target-account event strategies.
• Willingness to travel 40–50%, across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event logistics for flagship regional events across EMEA.
• Coordinate invitations, registrations, attendee communications, and internal promotion.
• Manage budgets, vendors, contracts, and cost comparisons.
• On-site leadership, staff training, and post-event reporting.
• Develop repeatable regional playbooks and share best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Partners.
