Global Professional Consultants is seeking a Senior Planner / Planning Manager to lead master and detailed construction programmes across multiple projects in Germany. You will own programme strategy from tender to delivery and mentor the planning team.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will perform critical path and delay analysis, prepare reports for senior management and clients, and collaborate with site, commercial and design teams to keep programmes accurate.

Qualifications

• Significant planning experience with a main contractor.
• Advanced Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject skills.
• Open to relocating/working away in Germany.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and management of master and detailed construction programmes across multiple projects.
• Own programme strategy at tender stage and through to delivery.
• Carry out critical path analysis, delay analysis and recovery planning.
• Prepare programme reporting for project teams, senior management and clients.
• Manage, mentor and support planners across the business.
• Work with site, commercial and design teams to keep programmes accurate and achievable.
