Job summary

Mane Contract Services in Dublin is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to lead the planning function on major data centre and mission-critical construction projects. You will develop and manage detailed programmes using Primavera P6, monitor progress, and ensure schedules align with site performance.

The role requires 5+ years of planning experience in construction, strong excel and analytical skills, and excellent communication to coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in planning / project controls within construction or engineering.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of critical path, programme logic, baselines and progress reporting.
• Experience with data centres, mission-critical or complex construction environments is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning function across major projects.
• Develop and manage detailed programmes using Primavera P6.
• Perform critical path, float and schedule analysis.
• Monitor progress and validate against site performance.
• Create resource- and cost-loaded programmes, cash flow and S-curves.
• Support tender and pre-construction planning.
• Identify programme risks, delays and recovery options.
• Collaborate with project management, construction teams, subcontractors and clients.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and systems.
