Laminar Projects in Ireland is seeking a senior Project Planner to enhance delivery of complex, high-profile projects through advanced planning, scheduling and cross-functional leadership. You will push the discipline to new heights and mentor others on scalable practices and digital delivery.

You will join our Project Planning Discipline Team, working with directors and client teams to solve real project problems, create repeatable solutions, and deliver value across infrastructure and building

Qualifications

• Mastery of construction project planning with strategic context.
• Clear communication to diverse project teams and stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and coaching of teams.
• Track record of implementing scalable, repeatable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the project plan for one or more projects and ensure effective progress.
• Ensure delays are mitigated and managed with commercial awareness.
• Provide actionable reports to stakeholders to improve delivery.
• Develop scalable best practices and tools with the team.
• Develop team members and educate clients to raise performance.
