Job summary

Mane Contract Services in Dublin is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to lead the planning function on major data centre and mission-critical construction projects. You will develop and manage detailed programmes using Primavera P6, monitor progress, and ensure schedules align with site performance.

The role requires 5+ years of planning experience in construction, strong excel and analytical skills, and excellent communication to coordinate with project teams, subcontractors and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in planning / project controls within construction or engineering.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of critical path, programme logic, baselines and progress reporting.
• Experience with data centres, mission-critical or complex construction environments is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

We are currently working with a leading European construction and engineering organisation that is looking to add an experienced Senior Planner to their Dublin team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced planner with a strong Primavera P6 background to take ownership of major construction programmes across high-value data centre and mission-critical projects.

The role will involve:

• Leading the planning function across major projects
• Developing and managing detailed programmes using Primavera P6
• Critical path, float and schedule analysis
• Progress monitoring and validation against site performance
• Resource and cost-loaded programmes, cash flow and S-curves
• Supporting tender and pre-construction planning
• Identifying programme risks, delays and recovery opportunities
• Working closely with project management, construction teams, subcontractors and clients
• Supporting continuous improvement of planning processes and systems
• 5+ years' experience in planning / project controls within construction or engineering
• Experience working across the full project lifecycle
