You will lead tenders, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement, while mentoring junior planners and providing technical planning expertise across multiple projects.

Qualificações

• Industry-specific degree required.
• 5+ years' industry experience.
• Proficient in P6, MSP, ASTA PP.
• MAPM/MRICS or equivalent qualification or Associate with APM/RICS.
• Strong knowledge of contract forms (JCT, NEC, FIDIC).
• Experience delivering multiple projects/programs.
• Understanding of HS&E legislation.
• Client-facing with stakeholder coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning delivery across major programs with minimal supervision.
• Support tender prep and contract documentation with focus on planning, cost, and deliverability.
• Facilitate planning workshops and value management.
• Produce accurate schedules with milestones, critical path, drift/opportunity analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Quality Assurance policies.
• Communicate with stakeholders and mentor junior planners.
• Review programs and advise on contractual entitlements in claims.
