Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven builder-operator capable of turning ambiguity into lasting solutions.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with metric-driven impact.

Responsibilities

• Own prioritized operational constraints from discovery through implementation and durable ownership.
• Work across HR, Finance, Engineering capacity, regional models, and regulated operations to remove bottlenecks.
• Apply a Sense → Design → Build → Drive approach to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions.
• Determine the best lever for each problem, including workflow redesign, automation, or organizational changes.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to mobilize resources and drive adoption without overburdening teams.
• Establish baselines and contribute to velocity, capacity, and performance deep-dives.
