Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an HR AI & Automation Operations Lead based in Ireland. You will drive intelligent automation across HR operations, partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, and IT to design scalable workflows and deploy automated solutions.

You will own end-to-end initiatives from discovery to launch, ensure data privacy and governance, and mentor junior team members while building a globally distributed operations function. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in automation, business process optimization, or related fields.
• Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services is preferred.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, governance, and compliant design.
• Proficiency with low-code/no-code platforms (Zapier, Make, Retool, n8n) and scripting (Python/TypeScript/JavaScript).
• Experience building integrations via APIs and cross-system workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and delivery of AI and automation initiatives across HR Operations.
• Translate operational pain points into scalable automation with cross-functional teams.
• Map end-to-end processes, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable workflows.
• Develop data models and dashboards using SQL and BI tools like Tableau or Sigma.
• Establish governance, observability, and compliance in automation solutions.
• Lead change management, training, and adoption of AI/automation across the org.
