Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Operations Lead based in Ireland to turn operational problems into scalable systems, automations, and repeatable processes. You will own projects end to end, from identifying what needs to exist to building, launching, documenting, and embedding it within the organization.

The role covers CRM architecture, workflow automation, reporting, integrations, and AI-enabled processes across operations, sales, account management, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building operational systems, workflows, automations, or internal tools used by teams.
• Hands-on HubSpot beyond basics: workflows, segmentation, CRM architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own technical operations projects from problem identification through implementation, adoption, and improvement.
• Translate business problems into practical systems and workflows without full specs.
• Architect HubSpot segmentation and CRM structures for scalable data models.
• Connect platforms (Google Search Console, GA4, Merchant Center) with AI tools for reporting and alerts.
• Automate repetitive processes across account management, sales, and partnerships.
• Drive adoption and embed new processes into day-to-day operations.
• Document systems and workflows for maintainability and transfer of knowledge.
• Collaborate with sales, account management, leadership, and technical teams.
