Job summary

Wallace Hind Talent Solutions seeks an experienced Sales Manager located in Ireland to sell to the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. The role targets special purpose machinery or related packaging equipment, with a 50/50 split between managing existing accounts and pursuing new business.

Willing to travel nationally and operate a home-based role in the Republic of Ireland. Order values range from £200k–£300k up to full production lines (£5m+).

Qualifications

• Experience selling to pharmaceutical manufacturers is essential.
• Strong track record in managing key accounts and generating new business.
• Ability to work with technically complex capital equipment and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage ~12 key accounts across Ireland with a consultative sales approach.
• Drive activity from initial contact through to installation and delivery.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue in the pharma sector.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to generate leads and opportunities.
