Linea is the leading online HR platform in Ireland, seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our market share among HR practitioners. You will pursue new opportunities, deliver outbound strategies, and nurture relationships with decision-makers to drive revenue.

The role emphasizes outbound and inbound activities, CRM-driven follow-ups, and regular participation in sales meetings. Remote-friendly, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ideally 2 years of B2B sales experience.
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms; training provided.

Responsibilities

Identify clients’ requirements with a client-centric approach.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to closure.
Prospect, initiate and nurture relationships with HR decision-makers to generate new business.
Prepare and present online Linea demonstrations to prospects.
Close sales and achieve quarterly targets.
Capture and manage information/data in our HubSpot CRM system.
