Job summary

Remote is seeking a Sales Development Representative to respond, engage, and qualify outbound leads, booking appointments for Account Executives while clearly communicating Remote's value propositions.

You’ll work in a fully remote, async team across the EMEA region, operate with a strong sense of urgency, and collaborate with the Sales team to help customers understand how Remote’s global HR platform meets their employment needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS tech company.
• Ability to negotiate and articulate value propositions clearly.
• Fluency in English and native French.
• Strong written and verbal communication with proactive outreach.

Responsibilities

• Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
• Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
• Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions and assess fit.
• Provide support to Account Executive team as needed.
• Educate and develop prospects for hand-off to sales teams.
• Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
• Cold call into prospects from various sources.
• Identify stakeholders and gather requirements to initiate the sales cycle.
