Jobgether SRL is seeking a Performance & Growth Marketer based in Ireland. Join a remote, growth-focused team driving profitable growth for DTC and eCommerce brands. Lead paid media, forecasting, attribution, and full-funnel optimization to improve CAC, LTV, and profitability.

You will work with growth strategists, creative teams, and senior stakeholders to turn data into measurable business impact, with exposure to high-growth brands and a clear progression path.

Qualifications

• Three+ years hands-on paid media experience with product-based DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Develop and execute testing strategies across channels, assets, audiences and funnels.
• Manage substantial paid media budgets with data-driven investment decisions.
• Monitor performance, diagnose inefficiencies, identify growth opportunities, and improve profitability.
• Analyze CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, contribution margin, and payback periods.
