Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a DevOps Customer Support Engineer based in Ireland for a fully remote, international role. You will troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across SaaS and self-hosted deployments, working at the intersection of cloud, IaC, and customer support.

You will investigate root causes, guide customers through configurations and policies, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve usability and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience with DevOps technologies (IaC, CI/CD, Docker).
• Hands-on with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Practical Linux experience and ability to troubleshoot infra issues.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; ability to guide customers clearly.
• Certifications in DevOps, IaC, or cloud platforms are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across multiple channels (Slack, email, tickets, calls).
• Investigate problems via logs, APM traces, and run histories to find root causes.
• Troubleshoot SaaS and self-hosted environments, including TLS and networking issues.
• Analyze IaC behavior (Terraform/OpenTofu/Terragrunt) and policy-driven platform behavior (OPA).
• Build strong customer relationships with clear guidance and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to reproduce test cases and compare behavior.
• Manage multiple complex cases while meeting response times.
• Communicate incidents and migrations clearly to customers.
• Maintain internal docs and knowledge base.
