Job summary

Keeper is hiring a driven Customer Success Manager to join our B2B sales division. The role is based in Ireland with hybrid option for Cork or fully remote for those elsewhere.

You will manage a portfolio of named accounts, drive revenue through renewals and expansions, and partner with Sales and Security teams to ensure customers realise value from Keeper's solutions. Bring 1+ years in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success; familiarity with SSO, Salesforce, and enterprise relationships is

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Account Management or SaaS Customer Success roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of software integrations (SSO, Directory, etc.), implementation, onboarding & support.
• Experience selling to enterprise accounts and interacting with C-level executives.
• Autonomous, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue through named accounts via renewals, cross-sells and upsells.
• Build relationships with Senior Management and C-level contacts.
• Collaborate with Keeper teams to negotiate contracts and drive adoption.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and align on business and security goals.
• Provide guidance on best practices for password security.
