Job summary

BlueVoyant is seeking a Client Success Manager III to manage enterprise accounts remotely from Ireland. You will drive adoption, retention, and measurable business value, acting as trusted advisor across Sales, Product, and Services.

Strong Microsoft Security knowledge and executive stakeholder management are required. You will coordinate quarterly reviews, lead customer engagements, and identify growth opportunities while ensuring smooth transitions from implementation to steady-state

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in client success, professional services, IT, or cybersecurity customer-facing roles.
• Experience with enterprise accounts and executive stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Security products and use cases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Drive adoption, retention, and measurable business value across the customer lifecycle.
• Lead QBRs, executive business reviews, and customer value discussions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Service Delivery to ensure success.
• Identify growth opportunities and coordinate renewal plans.
