Bielby Group, a Finland-based company delivering advertising and payments solutions, seeks a detail-oriented professional to keep client Meta ad accounts compliant and healthy. You will audit websites, approve or fix issues, and work with clients to ensure fast resolutions across multiple accounts.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience, a sharp eye for policy details, and comfort using AI tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager.
• Solid knowledge of Meta Advertising Standards, health and supplements rules.
• Attention to detail to catch small claims and hidden redirects.
• Confident with numbers and spreadsheets.
• Clear, confident written English.
• Experience using AI tools regularly.
• Willing to learn and stay ahead of policy changes.
• Reliable availability during European business hours.

Responsibilities

• Review new clients' websites and landing pages against Meta standards and provide approval or rejection with exact fixes.
• Handle onboarding approvals quickly to avoid delays.
• Audit live ads, creatives, copy and landing pages regularly.
• Respond to Meta ad rejections the same day and replace with compliant versions.
• Apply tiered issue-fix process (24h for minor issues; ads off for serious breaches).
• Explain issues clearly to clients in Slack with Account Manager in copy.
• Produce daily spend reports across accounts and flag growth or declines.
• Watch rejection rates and account-health signals and alert the team to at-risk accounts.
• Keep a record of findings and follow-ups.
• Follow Meta policy updates and update rules and client guidance.
• Use AI tools to review pages, draft compliant copy, speed up checks, and verify output.
• Suggest automations and better tools to check more accounts with less effort.
