Job summary

BorrowMyDoggy in Ireland is seeking a hands-on Meta Ads Specialist to own our Meta account end to end. This part-time role (1-3 days per week) is fully remote and suitable for a freelancer or someone juggling another role.

You'll run campaigns, craft ads from our in-house content, and use data to decide what to test next. Work with our small marketing team to monitor performance, optimise budgets, and create statics and short-form video ads.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Meta Ads management for consumer or subscription businesses.
• Independently managed £20k+ monthly Meta spend across campaigns.
• Portfolio of ads (static and short-form video) you’ve created.
• Ability to diagnose creative fatigue using hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPM, CPA and ROAS.
• Strong written communication and clear reporting for non-specialists.

Responsibilities

• Run the Meta Ads account day to day: structure, audiences, budgets, pacing and bids.
• Launch and test ads quickly using Meta Ads Manager and bulk-launch tools.
• Monitor performance daily and reallocate budget to top performers.
• Maintain healthy tracking and conversions data (Pixel, Conversions API).
• Produce monthly top-line reports and weekly headlines.
