Job summary

Jobgether partners with a U.S.-based health insurance agency to provide a Medicare & Health Insurance Outbound Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant based in Ireland. The role is remote and contracted, supporting leads, scheduling appointments with licensed representatives, and maintaining detailed records using Excel and the client’s systems.

Ideal candidates have phone-based customer service experience, strong English skills, and the ability to work 20 hours weekly from an Ireland location,

Qualifications

• Experience in phone-based customer service or outbound calling.
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear, professional communication.
• Experience setting appointments or lead-generation support preferred.
• Experience communicating with seniors or individuals needing reassurance preferred.
• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to Medicare leads using client lists.
• Introduce purpose with scripts and gauge interest in discussing coverage.
• Schedule qualified appointments and record outcomes.
• Maintain organized lead tracking and daily activity reports.
• Support seasonal outreach campaigns and learn new scripts.
