Qualifications

• Previous experience in eCommerce, recruiting, staffing, or appointment setting.
• Strong written English and professional communication.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach and multitasking.
• Excellent organizational skills and proactive follow-ups.
• Experience tracking leads and maintaining records.
• Familiarity with Airtable or ClickUp is an advantage.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy.
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Contact candidates daily via LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Qualify candidates through chat and short calls.
• Schedule interviews and book into calendars.
• Track leads in Airtable, ClickUp, or designated systems.
• Use automated outreach tools alongside manual follow-ups.
• Meet KPIs for response times and booked calls.
• Coordinate with fulfillment and interview teams.
• Report to Head of Fulfillment and suggest improvements.
