You will provide frontline support, help onboard new users, and resolve common issues while learning identity/access and basic network concepts on the job. A flexible work model may apply, with remote work from Ireland and potential hybrid options in Dublin.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in IT support, helpdesk, internship, or relevant qualification.
• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and IT troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to employees for everyday hardware, software, and access questions.
• Help set up new user accounts and assist with access and offboarding tasks.
• Troubleshoot common issues such as passwords, printing, and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Log, track, and escalate support tickets to more senior colleagues when needed.
• Help keep IT documentation and user guides up to date.
• Learn our tools and processes with support from an experienced team.
