Job summary

Depaul invites applications for the Case Management Worker – Cosan Nua West in Galway. This full-time hybrid role (35 hours/week) is a 12-month FTC with view to permanency, offering a salary of €39,872.09 per annum.

The role supports individuals and families from diverse nationalities, working within Harm Reduction principles and with a multi-disciplinary team. It includes a rota Mon–Fri and enhanced annual leave with benefits.

Qualifications

• Social Studies /Case Management qualification is essential.
• Excellent IT skills, including Excel, email, and digital reporting tools, are essential.
• Full valid driver’s licence and access to a car is essential.
• At least two years’ experience as a case manager with complex needs.
• Experience with IT systems and cloud apps like Salesforce is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with service users to achieve outcomes using the Depaul Support Toolkit.
• Develop strong interagency relationships with Local Authorities and other agencies.
• Assess housing needs and support progression to private rented accommodation.
• Advocate for clients to overcome barriers to independent living.
• Record and store client information in line with Data Protection regulations.
