Job summary

Cpl Group's FMCG client in Dublin West is seeking a Part-Time Reward Coordinator on a 3-month contract. The role is 3 days per week with hybrid/remote options.

You will design reward processes, define deliverables for finance and HR workflows, manage reward vendor relationships, and monitor the benefits calendar.

Experience in SAP Ariba, PO/invoicing, and an understanding of EMEA processes are valued, along with strong stakeholder management and HR benefits exposure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a Reward or Compensation & Benefits role.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, PO creation and invoicing processes.
• EMEA experience is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• Exposure to HR, benefits or insurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end reward processes.
• Create deliverables for finance and HR workflows.
• Set up and manage reward vendor relationships.
• Develop PO creation processes for benefits programs.
• Monitor global benefits calendar with payments and renewal details.
• Support high-volume admin tasks including joiner/leaver processes.
