Cpl Group's FMCG client in Dublin West is seeking a Part-Time Reward Coordinator on a 3-month contract. The role is 3 days per week with hybrid/remote options.

You will design reward processes, define deliverables for finance and HR workflows, manage reward vendor relationships, and monitor the benefits calendar.

Experience in SAP Ariba, PO/invoicing, and an understanding of EMEA processes are valued, along with strong stakeholder management and HR benefits exposure.

Formación

• 2+ years’ experience in a Reward or Compensation & Benefits role.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, PO creation and invoicing processes.
• EMEA experience is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• Exposure to HR, benefits or insurance processes.

Our FMCG client in Dublin West have an exciting requirement for a Part-Time (3 days per week) Reward Coordinator for a 3 month contract. The successful candidate will be required to provide support for rewards and benefit. Hybrid/remote working options available

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define end-to-end reward processes,
• Create clear deliverables for finance and HR-related workflows
• Reward vendor relationship setup and management
• Develop PO creation processes benefits programs
• Monitor global benefits calendar with payment and renewal details
• Support high-volume admin tasks including joiner/leaver processes within the organisation

Experience Required

• 2+ years’ experience in a Reward or Compensation & Benefits role
• Strong systems experience, including SAP Ariba and PO/invoicing management
• EMEA experience, highly desirable
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills
• Exposure to HR, benefits, or insurance processes
