Job summary

Cpl Group seeks an HR Operations Specialist on an 11-month contract to support a multinational client across Europe. You will deliver a comprehensive HR service, manage the employee lifecycle and ensure policy compliance in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include end-to-end HR processes, accurate records, and collaboration with the Centre of Excellence. Strong communication and experience with Workday and ServiceNow are essential.

• 1 year HR experience, ideally in a shared services environment.
• Multi-country HR support experience.
• HR Qualification.
• Experience with HR tools and systems (Workday, ServiceNow).
• Excellent communication skills.
