Qualifications

• Native Gujarati speaker with full command of Gujarati script and orthography.
• Experience with annotation, transcription, localization or data review in Gujarati.
• High accuracy in character-level transcription and reading order across complex layouts.

Responsibilities

• Open provided Gujarati pages and verify language, legibility and content.
• Annotate structure by bounding regions and assigning types and reading order indices.
• Record relationships between regions and their parent figures/tables.
• Transcribe text exactly in Gujarati script, flagging unreadable regions.
• Capture page metadata and participate in peer review with Gujarati experts.
