Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a PPC Specialist based in Ireland for a remote, full-time role. Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms, with emphasis on ROAS, traffic quality, and lead generation.

You’ll analyze data, test strategies, and collaborate with marketing and web teams to maximize conversions. You will track metrics, implement analytics, and report performance while continuously improving campaign efficiency and scalability in a dynamic digital marketing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
At least 3 years of hands-on PPC and paid media management.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, including search, display and remarketing.
Experience with Google Analytics, tag management, conversion tracking, and measurement.
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for data analysis.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and optimize.
Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO.
Excellent written communication and ability to present insights.

Responsibilities

Define campaign objectives, KPIs, audience targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies.
Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms.
Develop ad copy, organize structures, and test variations for performance.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting accordingly.
Collaborate with content, design and web teams to optimize landing pages and journeys.
Implement and maintain conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and analytics pixels.
Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports and provide recommendations.
Forecast traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI; manage spend and pacing.
Share insights across channels; align paid media with broader marketing goals.
Stay updated on platform changes and test new channels and automation opportunities.
