Job summary

Jobgether partner seeks a Director of Brand & Creative in Ireland to build and lead a unified Brand & Creative function within a fast-growing tech environment. Shape brand strategy, lead a multidisciplinary team, and align with demand generation to drive pipeline growth and market awareness.

You will set brand standards, oversee editorial calendars, and create scalable systems while collaborating with Demand Generation, Product Marketing and other teams to maximize business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in brand, design, or creative direction with leadership of teams.
• Portfolio showing identity systems, guidelines, messaging frameworks, and execution across channels.
• Proven ability to influence business outcomes through brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a unified Brand & Creative function with clear operating model and workflows.
• Own brand strategy to support demand generation, pipeline, and market awareness.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across content, social, brand, and design.
• Direct editorial calendars and ensure consistent content and campaigns.
• Develop scalable brand systems and processes for efficiency and consistency.
• Establish measurement frameworks linking brand work to business outcomes.
• Partner with Demand Gen and Product Marketing to address content gaps.
