Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Ireland is seeking a German-speaking Performance Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition across 25+ B2B SaaS brands. This remote role combines strategic leadership with hands-on campaign management for high-value accounts.

You will manage PPC freelancers, guide budgets, improve tracking and attribution with analytics, SEO, and CRM integrations, and bring AI-powered workflows to research, analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience owning large paid media budgets with hands-on optimisation.
• Strong lead-generation focus with B2B SaaS in mind.
• Ability to manage across multiple platforms and vendors.
• Proficient in GA4, GTM, CRM data integration and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy and maintain campaign quality for 25+ brands.
• Manages high-priority accounts across Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn Ads.
• Develop tests for ad copy, targeting, and landing pages to lift leads.
• Lead network of PPC freelancers, set objectives, review, and budgets.
• Advise on channel mix and budgeting to maximise business outcomes.
• Establish standard structures, tracking, and reporting across brands.
• Audit and integrate paid setups for newly acquired businesses.
• Collaborate with analytics to improve tracking, attribution, and CRM imports.
• Support due diligence by evaluating paid marketing performance.
• Align with SEO and other teams for coordinated acquisition.
• Apply AI tools to improve research, analysis, optimization, and reporting.
