Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a skilled Partnership Manager – Demand to lead strategic relationships with SSPs, DSPs, and key programmatic partners from Ireland. You will own revenue growth, partner health, and the end-to-end commercial lifecycle while collaborating with Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, and Demand Ops to scale the partner portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years adtech or programmatic experience.
• Strong knowledge of programmatic ecosystem and tools.
• Proven negotiation and revenue-growth track record.
• Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with DPAs, IOs, and GDPR considerations.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strategic, proactive, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end commercial partnerships with SSPs/DSPs and demand partners.
• Set revenue targets, monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and execute plans.
• Analyze bid dynamics, QPS, formats, PMP opportunities for monetization.
• Lead contract negotiations and benchmark against best practices.
• Coordinate quarterly business reviews and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Evaluate new partnerships and oversee onboarding with internal teams.
• Develop dashboards to monitor partner revenue, discrepancies, and portfolio health.
