Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Ireland is seeking a Head of B2C Growth to own the full B2C growth engine, including acquisition, activation, retention and LTV. You will develop multichannel strategies across search, paid social, email, push, web, and app, with the app as the primary user channel.

You will lead a cross‑functional team, manage the growth budget, run rapid experiments, and prepare for future international scaling across markets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record growing B2C products across multiple channels.
• Experience with app growth and lifecycle optimization.
• Strong analytical judgment and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent English; French or Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the B2C growth strategy across channels and markets.
• Build multichannel acquisition programs and measure key metrics.
• Make the mobile app a core growth channel and drive retention.
• Lead paid media specialists and guide performance.
• Prepare growth engine for international scaling.
