Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Ireland seeks a Creative Marketing Manager to shape advertising concepts for a HealthTech product across Meta platforms and international markets. You will work with designers, editors, and marketing specialists to translate insights into compelling campaigns.

You will research competitors, craft hooks and headlines, and analyse creative performance to drive improvements. This fully remote role aligns with UTC+3 timing.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in marketing, advertising, copywriting, content creation, or creative strategy.
• Strong copywriting and persuasive messaging for audiences.
• Proven ability to create advertising concepts, campaign ideas, or marketing strategies.
• Experience researching competitors and translating findings into insights.
• Balance of creative thinking and analytical testing and optimization.
• Good understanding of the Meta advertising ecosystem and paid social campaigns.
• Experience working with international markets, especially the US or Europe.
• Relevant health, wellness, or self-improvement experience; not limited to market outside health industry.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency and clear idea presentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative advertising concepts for paid campaigns, primarily across Facebook and Instagram.
• Research competitors, market trends, and high-performing ads in health, wellness, lifestyle, and self-improvement sectors.
• Create concepts for video and image ads, including UGC formats and storytelling-driven campaigns.
• Write hooks, headlines, and primary ad copy tailored to different audiences.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teammates to bring concepts to life.
• Plan and coordinate creative testing to evaluate concepts, messaging, and angles.
• Analyze creative performance, identify patterns, and recommend data-informed improvements.
• Develop fresh ideas for product positioning and adapt concepts to different markets and audiences.
