Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is looking for a Grants Associate based in Ireland. You will support end-to-end grantmaking, from application processing to compliance monitoring, ensuring accurate records and a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities include administering grants in a management system, conducting due diligence, reviewing reports, and coordinating monitoring activities. This is a remote-first role with some international travel.

Responsibilities

• Process and administer grants through a grants management system
• Serve as primary point of contact for grant recipients
• Conduct due diligence to verify compliance
• Review grantee reports for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain complete grant records and data integrity
• Coordinate monitoring and reporting activities
• Collaborate with evaluators and internal stakeholders to improve workflows
• Identify opportunities to refine and scale systems as activity grows
