Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a capable project/grant manager in Ireland to oversee financial modelling, grant submissions, and cross‑functional resource planning within our global CDMO network. The role requires a Bachelor degree in Engineering, Finance, or Project Management, 3–5 years of experience, and strong MS Office skills.

You will coordinate with grant bodies, consortium partners, and external auditors to ensure compliant, timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Finance or Project Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in project or grant management.
• Experience in financial modelling for grant-funded programs.
• Familiarity with grant-supported development programs preferable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee resource and cost management across projects.
• Coordinate submission materials and liaise with auditors.
• Review financial materials with external auditors.
• Coordinate milestones and reporting with project teams.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and secure approvals.
