The Irish Youth Foundation is seeking a proactive Grantmaking & Philanthropy Executive to join our growing team in Dublin. Working with the Grants Manager, you’ll manage grant processes, support funded organisations and help gather impact stories and reporting on results.

You’ll also work with the Development Manager on donor stewardship, fundraising proposals and research. The role offers hybrid working, with three days in our Dublin 2 office, and a focus on turning funding into opportunities

Qualifications

• You’re organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with data, systems and deadlines.
• You enjoy building relationships, solving problems and getting things done.
• Experience in grantmaking or philanthropy is welcome, but your attitude, initiative and willingness to learn matter too.
