Job summary

HRM Search Partners is recruiting for an HR Operations Manager to lead and evolve an expanding regional HR Operations function based in Dublin. You will drive the employee lifecycle excellence, standardise scalable processes, and partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT and HRIS to strengthen data integrity.

The role requires significant HR Operations leadership across EMEA, experience implementing HR strategies, and a hands-on, pragmatic approach balancing strategic and operational delivery.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience leading HR Operations, including ownership of employee lifecycle processes, HR systems and data quality.
  • Experience developing and implementing HR Operations strategies, frameworks and process improvements.
  • Experience supporting HRIS or ERP implementations, or leading HR workstreams within broader transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of HR Operations in Ireland and the UK, with experience supporting regional or international businesses.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, develop capability and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience developing HR reporting, dashboards and people metrics.
  • Experience leveraging technology, automation and AI to improve HR processes and operational effectiveness.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across a global, matrixed organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Leading HR Operations across the full employee lifecycle for the EMEA region, ensuring efficient, compliant and high-quality service delivery.
  • Assessing existing HR Operations processes and identifying opportunities to improve, standardise and scale.
  • Developing and delivering a regional HR Operations roadmap aligned to business priorities and global operating standards.
  • Leading process improvement and change initiatives from design through to implementation and ongoing optimisation.
  • Partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT and HRIS teams to enhance systems, processes and data integrity.
  • Driving automation and leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Developing HR reporting, dashboards and people metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Establishing governance frameworks, documentation and operational standards to support organisational growth.
  • Leading, coaching and developing a small HR Operations team while fostering a high-performance culture.

Our client is a leading global investment firm with a strong international presence and a reputation for operational excellence. As part of its continued growth across the EMEA region, the organisation is seeking to appoint an HR Operations Manager to lead and evolve its regional HR Operations function, based in Dublin.

Reporting to the Global Head of HR Operations and working closely with senior HR leadership, this is a high-impact opportunity to shape and lead the HR Operations function across EMEA. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, establish scalable processes and systems, and build the infrastructure required to support continued business growth.

Experience

The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Operations leader with a strong track record of building and improving operational capability within a complex, fast-paced organisation.

  • Significant experience leading HR Operations, including ownership of employee lifecycle processes, HR systems and data quality.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing HR Operations strategies, frameworks and process improvements.
  • Experience supporting HRIS or ERP implementations, or leading HR workstreams within broader transformation programmes, would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of HR Operations within Ireland and the UK, with experience supporting regional or international businesses.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop capability and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience developing HR reporting, dashboards and people metrics.
  • Experience leveraging technology, automation and AI to improve HR processes and operational effectiveness.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across a global, matrixed organisation.
