Job summary

Integrity360 is looking for a Group HR Operations Manager to manage HR functions across multiple regions, ensuring efficient and compliant processes in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for HR operations from onboarding to offboarding and oversee compliance with local employment laws.

The ideal candidate will have 6–10+ years of HR Operations experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage HR teams effectively. This role offers exposure to diverse HR challenges across EU, South Africa, and Canada.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years’ experience in HR Operations, ideally in a PE-backed, high-growth environment.
• Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple countries (EU required).
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation across jurisdictions.
• Oversee payroll operations across multiple countries.
