• Own and evolve the International Tier 2 HR Operations operating model across APAC, EMEA, LATAM.
• Lead regional HR Operations Managers and specialists across regions.
• Establish governance, rhythms, and accountability for global HR services.
• Drive automation, AI adoption, and knowledge management to improve service delivery.
• Partner with Global Central Services to harmonize Tier 0-2 interactions.
