Job summary

Google LLC seeks a Sales Manager for Engage within Google Customer Solutions to lead a portfolio covering the Germany market from Dublin, Ireland. You will recruit and coach a client-facing sales team, deliver on business goals, and drive growth by leveraging Google's advertising solutions for SMBs.

You will analyze performance metrics, collaborate across teams, and coach executives in C-level engagement, ensuring readiness to deliver advertising solutions in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, online media, online retail or strategy consulting.
• Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain, motivate and develop a client-facing and sales team.
• Deliver against motivated business and product goals, grow engagement and client satisfaction for a portfolio of small businesses in an assigned market.
• Analyze data, trends, and client performance with your teams to develop plans for customers while tracking activity and provide detailed data analysis weekly, driving CRM.
