Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Benefits Program Manager to shape and evolve the benefits programs that support employees across Meta's global workforce. You will lead the design, evaluation, and implementation of large-scale benefits programs — spanning health, welfare, retirement, and well-being — ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with Meta's strategic priorities.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in benefits program management with a focus on EMEA markets.
Experience advising cross-functional stakeholders on plan design and regulatory compliance.
Experience using data and benchmarking to evaluate competitiveness and drive recommendations.
Experience managing risk and ensuring compliance with evolving legal landscapes.
Experience owning benefits strategy in countries with works councils and industrial relations complexities.
Experience integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Lead design, evaluation, and implementation of large-scale benefits programs across health, retirement, and wellbeing.
Advise HR partners, finance, legal and senior leaders as a trusted benefits advisor.
Use benefits data and benchmarking to inform strategy and optimize employee experience at scale.
