Job summary

G-P, a remote-first leader in global employment solutions, seeks a Manager, SSC HR Operations to guide the EMEA onboarding teams and ensure compliant, efficient processes. You will partner with Legal, Payroll, and Product to streamline operations across 187+ countries while driving high customer satisfaction and strategic transformation.

The role requires 5–10 years in HR Operations, strong leadership across regions, and fluency in English, with flexibility for international calls and diplomacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Accounting, Law, HR, Finance or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in HR Operations, including end-to-end lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing centralized HR shared service center operations for the EMEA region.
• Demonstrated leadership to manage cross-regional staff and stakeholders.
• Understanding of HR fundamentals across locales and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to participate in international calls outside standard business hours.
• Strong project management skills with task prioritization and deadlines.
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce and analytics tools is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with diplomacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA SSC HR Operations team across multiple countries and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for client-supported professionals across diverse EMEA jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliant implementation of operations practices with key business partners.
• Serve as escalation point for operational issues, ensuring adherence to labor laws, contracts, and background checks.
• Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Billing, and Benefits to onboard new employees smoothly.
• Deliver service outcomes meeting OKRs (SLA, CSAT, FCR) and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with in-house HR, Customer Support, Payroll, Finance, Legal and Tech to ensure seamless experience.
• Work with Product/Engineering to translate pain points into platform feature needs.
• Provide feedback loops to align core platform with regulatory and service delivery demands.
• Drive transformation programs to scale operations, reduce time-to-onboard and improve margins.
• Identify bottlenecks across regions and lead standardization initiatives across EMEA.
