Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Support Engineer - Finance for a remote role based in Ireland. You will provide specialized support for finance-related features in a veterinary SaaS platform, handling invoicing, payments, VAT configurations, and financial reporting while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Finance, accounting or payments background.
• Experience supporting SaaS customers.
• Ability to troubleshoot software configurations.
• Knowledge of invoicing, payments, VAT settings, and reporting.
• Strong customer relationship & communication.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet targets.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support for the veterinary practice management platform.
• Resolve finance-related queries including invoicing, payments, VAT, and reporting.
• Manage complex cases and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
• Build strong customer relationships and guide teams in using financial features.
• Improve support processes and share best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Product Development teams.
• Meet performance objectives aligned with OKRs.
• Support wider business initiatives when possible.
• Maintain clear communication in an international, distributed environment.
• Follow the team’s standard hours (9:00–17:00 UK time).
