Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a hands-on Finance Systems Lead based in Ireland to own and evolve the ERP and financial data ecosystem. You will manage NetSuite across entities, architect integrations with Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob, and Pigment, and drive automation to transform month-end close into data-driven processes.

You will partner with Finance, Data, and Automation teams to enable scalable, auditable controls and support international expansion.

Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience administering a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld environment.
Strong NetSuite technical skills, including SuiteScript, SuiteQL, saved searches, role management, and release management.
Experience owning an ERP or billing system implementation or migration from planning through deployment.
Understanding of how Stripe data flows into an ERP and supports revenue recognition processes.
Experience designing, building, and maintaining integrations through iPaaS platforms or custom code.
Strong SQL skills and the ability to troubleshoot data flows, build reconciliations, and configure automated alerts.
Solid understanding of R2R, P2P, and O2C processes, including financial controls.
Ability to collaborate with accountants, engineers, data specialists, and auditors.
An AI-first approach to work with regular use of AI tools and automation.

Responsibilities

Administer NetSuite end-to-end across multiple entities and ensure governance.
Own integrations between Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob, and NetSuite; connect data to the analytics warehouse.
Lead selection, implementation, and rollout of new finance systems, including usage-based billing and equity tools.
Design automated reconciliation processes and alerts to reduce data issues.
Partner with Data and Automation teams to develop AI-powered finance workflows.
Support pricing model changes, new geographies, and audit readiness with system insights.
