Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking an experienced Event Marketing Specialist to lead all aspects of event planning and execution for our marketing team. This is a 100% remote role with a path to hybrid for those near our EMEA HQ in Cork, Ireland.

You will drive brand recognition and high-quality sales pipeline via in-person and digital events, collaborating with demand generation, channel marketing and sales leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably with a SaaS company.
• Experience leading large-scale conferences/trade shows (e.g. Infosecurity Europe).
• Ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder programmes and travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive event plans for corporate, channel and demand-generation events.
• Coordinate with demand generation, channel marketing and sales leaders to optimize impact.
• Oversee vendor negotiations, budgets, booth design and on-site execution.
• Support events across sales teams and segments with tailored approaches.
• Maintain events list and swag inventory; stay ahead of industry trends.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 20% for on-site events.
