Job summary

Jobgether in Ireland seeks an experienced Europe Margin Expansion and Analytics Leader to drive profitability and cost optimization across a European services organization. You will shape margin initiatives and translate complex data into actionable insights using AI and analytics.

You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and lead regional analytics strategy to improve forecasting, productivity, and decision-making in a fully remote leadership role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Operations, Finance, Performance Management, Analytics, or Business Transformation across industrial, energy, or service environments.
• Strong commercial and financial mindset with ability to drive profitability and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actions.
• Experience using Generative AI, intelligent agents, ML, or automation to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management to influence senior leadership with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the European Services margin expansion strategy, identifying opportunities to improve profitability, productivity, and cost management.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to reduce margin erosion and improve financial performance across outage costs, capital parts, non-capital parts, and maintenance costs.
• Develop and implement recovery plans with business leaders to address financial and operational risks.
• Establish operating rhythms, standardized processes, and accountability frameworks for sustainable performance improvements.
• Act as regional focal point for cost governance, improving cost visibility and financial transparency.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, regional leadership, and commercial teams to improve cost productivity and performance.
• Lead detailed financial and operational analyses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Define and lead the regional analytics strategy with KPI measurement and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and BI tools to provide timely, actionable insights for leadership.
• Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations and performance narratives for senior management.
• Identify trends, anomalies, risks, opportunities, and predictive indicators for proactive planning.
• Build scalable analytical frameworks to improve forecasting and resource planning.
• Champion the adoption of AI across Services Operations with Generative AI, ML, and automation.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Partner with Digital and IT to integrate innovative technologies and drive adoption.
