Job summary

Randstad Employment Bureau is seeking an Account Manager to join Randstad Digital Ireland in a 100% remote, sales-driven role. You will own a designated market sector, hunt, win and grow high-margin client portfolios while supported by delivery recruiters.

Your day-to-day includes owning client relationships, negotiating terms and building supply agreements to protect margins, with strong backing from Randstad’s global resources.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in IT/Digital recruitment sales or talent solutions.
• Demonstrated history of hitting or exceeding high revenue and gross profit targets.
• Expertise in pitching complex talent solutions and negotiating enterprise terms.
• Self-motivated and capable of remote work with strong commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Take total ownership of a designated market sector, identifying targets and building a dominant presence.
• Proactively prospect, win and grow target accounts, assuming full commercial responsibility.
• Build multi-level contact strategies with senior stakeholders and procurement leaders.
• Own client database end-to-end; structure supply agreements and protect GP margins.
• Collaborate with internal delivery leads to ensure seamless account implementation.
