Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Chief Operating Officer based in Ireland to build the operating model for a new international crypto-fiat digital banking venture. You will oversee customer onboarding, payment processing, partnerships, and scalable service delivery, reporting to the CEO and working with senior leadership.

This hands-on executive role requires deep experience in crypto-enabled financial services, strong ops judgment, and ability to recruit and lead a lean team across

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in crypto banking or crypto-enabled neobanking is required.
• Proven ability to design and scale financial operations and onboarding processes.
• Strong knowledge of payments, settlements, reconciliation, and card services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the overall operating model for a new crypto-fiat digital banking venture.
• Oversee daily operations including customer onboarding, payment processing, and end-to-end service delivery for B2B and B2C.
• Develop robust operational procedures for settlements, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Coordinate with compliance and risk teams on KYC/AML and regulatory controls.
• Build and manage relationships with banking partners, payment providers, and card issuers.
• Set KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and performance management frameworks.
• Recruit, lead, and develop a lean operations team across Europe.
• Monitor costs and optimize operations while ensuring resilience.
