Jobgether, on behalf of our partner, seeks an entrepreneurial CEO/Chief Commercial Officer based in Ireland to lead the launch and international growth of an innovative crypto‑fiat digital banking venture.

This executive will shape the business model, drive market entry, build a lean commercial team, establish partnerships, and translate strategic opportunities into measurable results while maintaining hands‑on leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in crypto banking, crypto‑fiat fintech, digital asset payments, or crypto‑enabled neobanking.
• Proven track record of launching, building, or significantly scaling a fintech business, product, or commercial operation.
• Strong expertise in commercial strategy, business development, growth management, and customer acquisition.
• Practical knowledge of performance marketing, customer acquisition channels, and growth economics.
• Solid understanding of P&L management, unit economics, revenue models, and profitability drivers.
• An established professional network within the cryptocurrency, fintech, payments, or digital banking ecosystem.
• Experience building, managing, and developing teams in dynamic, fast‑growing environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall commercial strategy and go‑to‑market approach.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop profitable opportunities across B2B and B2C markets and international territories.
• Design and optimize the business model, revenue streams, and unit economics to support long‑term profitability.
• Lead customer acquisition and growth initiatives, including performance marketing, strategic partnerships, and business development.
• Establish and develop relationships with financial institutions, payment providers, and key industry stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and technology leadership to refine the offering, strengthen its market positioning, and accelerate launch activities.
• Recruit, build, and lead a lean, high‑performing commercial team with clear objectives and efficient operating processes.
• Take ownership of commercial performance, budgets, and financial results, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
• Translate strategic opportunities into measurable business outcomes while maintaining a hands‑on, entrepreneurial leadership approach.
