Direct senior leadership experience within a B2B real-money gaming provider, specifically in slots, instant games, or crash games.
Proven track record of building a B2B gaming provider from the ground up or scaling an existing one.
Strong professional network with operators, aggregators, and platform partners.

Responsabilidades

Define and execute the overall business strategy with a market thesis.
Lead the organizational structure, leadership team, and production capabilities.
Oversee game production roadmap, certification, and operator integrations.
Manage the commercial pipeline, negotiations, and revenue generation.
Own the P&L, financial planning, and unit economics across markets.
